1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and accessed, unless the product is defective or not as described. Please read the product description carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility

- The product key/account provided is invalid or does not work.
- The product is significantly different from the description.
- You have not accessed or used the product (verified by our system).
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
3. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or provide store credit, based on your preference). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
